Deborah W. Kryak started her career with General Motors, then spent 20 years in global senior leadership roles involving chemical and refining interests with LyondellBasell. Deb’s subsequent 6 years with JP Energy Partners, culminating as Senior Vice President of Operations, encompassed business segments across the United States, including crude oil marketing and transportation, NGL and LPG wholesale and retail businesses, and refined products terminals. Deb joined FRE in April 2016.
She has an MS in Management from University of Houston Clear Lake and a BS from Central Missouri State University.
Michael Bailey began his career with BP, where he spent eighteen years in various finance leadership roles both in the US and the UK. After BP, Michael provided strategic insight and analysis to the Global Research Division as VP Commercial Finance for Wood Mackenzie. Appointed Chief Financial Officer in October 2016, Michael is a CPA and holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in accounting from Purdue University.
Marketing and Business Development Todd Hardaway has been in the Oil and Gas industry for over 30 years. He started as a crude oil truck driver in Southeast New Mexico and spent seventeen years with Sunoco Logistics ultimately progressing to a Senior Crude Representative. He then worked for nine years at Teppco/Enterprise as an Area Director, and he spent two years at Enlink as an Area VP. Todd served as Vice President of Crude Marketing at Permian Crude Transport for two years before joining First River Energy. Appointed Vice President of Marketing and Business Development in July 2016, Todd holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas of the Permian Basin and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Eastern New Mexico University.
Ed Vrana has been in the Oil and Gas industry for over 35 years. He started as a crude oil truck driver in South Central Texas with Charter Crude Oil and spent 31 Years with Shell and predecessor companies Equiva Trading, Texaco Trading and Transportation, Getty Trading and Transportation, Western Crude Oil, starting as a driver and progressing to a Senior Crude Representative in the Eagle Ford and South Texas area. After retiring from Shell he went to work for OGO Marketing as Senior Buyer in the South Texas Eagle Ford, OGO was acquired by Texas Gathering Co., and in July 2015 Texas Gathering became part of First River Energy. Appointed Senior Director of Marketing in July 2016, Ed attended Texas A&I University in Kingsville, during his career the Oil and Gas Industry has taken him to many places, he has always called South Texas home, Ed lives in Helotes, Texas.
Tim Dodge is a dynamic operations leader with over 30 years of crude oil industry experience. He started his career on a drilling rig then progressed to oilfield services, cementing, acidizing and fracking. In 1985, he moved to crude oil transportation and begin his work at Enron. While at Enron, he held various positions including Field Supervisor, Operations Manager, Team Advisor, ending his career with Enron as a District Manager in 2005. He then owned and operated a private business and sold the business to return to the oil field services in 2009. Most recently, Tim was the Vice President, Operations at JP Falco and managed crude oil trucking, terminal and pipeline assets in TX, OK, and KS. At JP Falco, he led a team including over 150 managers, drivers, operators, dispatchers and mechanics to achieve optimized movement of crude oil, reduced operating costs while improving customer satisfaction and safety. Tim lives in Rodessa, LA with his wife Lou Ann and they have 2 children and 2 grandchildren
